new grad nursing jobs california

Is it difficult to find work in the hospital of the CNA in Orange County, CA as a new graduate?
Recently I received my certification as a nursing assistant and tried to find a job as a CNA at the hospital. The class I have taken no training in intensive care, long-term only, but I will enter an accredited Registered Nursing Program, comes this fall or next spring. I became a CNA in environmental experience nursing. I let employers know about this situation, I would hope that a little weight, because if I am satisfied with the work, probably would stay after graduation and work as an RN for them. I also have experience in direct care, so I'm not totally green. I have been applied many hospitals and have not had one yet (which is about 2 weeks I have begun to implement). Is it difficult to find work in a hospital as a graduate CNA new? I know that in central California, they hire new CNA graduates in acute care, my best friend is one of them. I would like advice from someone who knows. Thank you!
you may want to try a nursing home until what you need. any job is better than no job.
